Guilt (4/2/09)

Back to that dirty feeling of guilt.  Such a waste and yet it can be so powerful if we let it be.  So I say, if you want to lay down in the grass on your back to watch the clouds when there is laundry that needs to be done, do it without guilt.  If you want to speak words that may offend, put down that guilt.  If you want to eat that brownie, guilt doesn't have to watch.  If you don't know what to do, just sit still for a bit, keeping guilt outside and what you need will come to you.  Laugh, I love to laugh.  Laughing causes me to feel lighter so when I laugh, I am "lightening up" or "lighting up" - either way, light is involved.

Guilt, I have no more use for you, there is no stranglehold that you can use on me anymore.  Your tricks are so old, the same nasty routines and they just don't work any longer.  So go find someone else who needs you, who has a use for you.  Your time has expired.  I am handing you your pink slip and in the words of Donald Trump, "You're Fired!".  Pack your bags, move along, you're not welcome anymore.
